TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• DELIVERY
  
  Please check for any sign of damage to cases, items or packaging. Where upon the packaging or contents could have been damaged it is very important that you sign for the contents DAMAGED. If the proof of delivery is signed for with no sign of the written word 'damaged' on the POD then courier company will acknowledge the consignment was received in good condition and therefore all claims will be rejected by courier company and the Flightcase Warehouse. If you feel the item is damaged, do NOT accept delivery. Feel free to open packaging and check while driver waits.
  If when we ship your goods no-one is there to accept the delivery, your items will automatically go into holds with the courier company; we will then be charged a standard fee. We will call you to arrange an appropriate delivery time and date but if this process is repeated and no-one is available for the second time we will charge a standard charge of £15.80 to cover any fees.
• EUROPEAN SHIPPING
  Unfortunately we are not able to cost shiping to all European countries online, below is a list of those we are able to send cases to at the displayed rate, if your country is not listed below please contact us and we will see how we are able to help.
  Zone 1: Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Rep Ireland
  Zone 2: Austria, Denmark, Switzerland, Leichenstein
  Zone 3: Italy, Spain, Czech Rep, Slovakia
  Zone 4: Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovenia
  Zone 5: Latvia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Iceland, Montenegro, Norway, Serbia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania , Lithuania, Greece
• RETURNS
  All returns that are not to be the fault of the Flightcase Warehouse will be subject to a 15% handling charge and it is the customers responsibility to return goods in good condition with all packaging intact. If goods are returned that cannot be resold as 'brand new' the buyer will only receive a partial refund.
• PACKAGING
  All flightcases are wrapped in black shrink film only, If you require extra packaging etc... Please email and let us know. There is no extra charge for this service.
• CREDIT CARD SECURITY
  We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
• GUARANTEE
  All our cases come with usual guarantees.
